Mohan Coaching. By accessing or using our website,
www.mohancoaching.com (the “Site”), our mobile application (the “App”), or purchasing our products, services, memberships, or programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site, App, or Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Site, App, or Services.
1. Use of the Site, App, and Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Site, App, and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site or App. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
2. Mobile App Usage
By downloading, accessing, or using the Mohan Coaching App, you agree to these Terms. The App may require you to create an account or log in to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or disrupts the operation of the App or Services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site and App — including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, and other resources — is the property of Mohan Coaching and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission. Any materials provided to you during a paid program are for your personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Payment and Billing
Prices for our Services are listed on the Site and App and are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, we do not offer refunds once Services have begun or materials have been delivered.
5. Coaching Disclaimer
Mohan Coaching provides educational, motivational, and performance coaching services. We do not guarantee specific results, and outcomes will vary based on individual effort, participation, and circumstances. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. You should seek professional help for any such matters. You accept full responsibility for the decisions and actions you take as a result of coaching sessions, materials, or programs.
6. Memberships and Subscriptions
If you enroll in a membership program through the Site or App, your subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohan Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, App, or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mohan Coaching, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, App, or Services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Site and App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site or App. Your continued use of the Site, App, or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
